Updates and Versions

• Free updates are available for the same software version you purchased
• Your existing license key continues working after updates
• License keys are version-specific and cannot be carried forward to future versions

License Key Issues

• Replacement keys are not provided free of charge if your license key is lost or damaged due to your own computer issues
• Free basic technical support is available for one year after the date of a license purchase

What's Not Included

• Extended support services (remote access support, phone support over 10 minutes)
• These services are available for an additional fee
