FormExpress

This small utility software can help you efile the following forms with the CRA system: RC59, RC59X, T1044, Corp./Trust T1135, Corp. T2054 Schedule 89, and T3010 (print only).

Please note:
  • You will need a valid EFiler ID and password to proceed.
  • Each type of form requires paid points for efiling or printing.

CAUTION: Effective July 15, 2025, you will no longer be able to submit an E-Auth (T1013) request for individuals through our EFILE software or FormExpress. The CRA's EFILE system now returns Error T864 because the service has been discontinued. For the official notice, please visit the CRA website. In the meantime, you may invite your clients to log in to My Account and authorize you directly.

macOS 20MB formexpress2024_efile.pkg Download and run the pkg file. This will install FormExpress in the Application folder. Read this FAQ to resolve the issue with the unidentified software developer.

Linux Native 40MB formexpress_2023e_x86_64.AppImage Download the AppImage file and run it. If necessary, make the file executable.
How to Use FormExpress?
  1. Obtain your EFiler ID and password from the CRA. For detailed instructions, please refer to this FAQ page.
  2. Register an account on www.docsign.ca to purchase the points requrired for using the software, if you haven't already.
  3. Download and install FormExpress.
  4. Configure FormExpress Preference: Enter your EFiler ID/password and docsign.ca user email/password.
How Points Are Used in FormExpress?

Every $1 paid equates to 10 points. For a detailed breakdown of points usage, please refer to the table below.

Buying Points

You can purchase 200 or 500 points at a time for $20 or $50, respectively, plus tax. These points can be bought on our docsign.ca website, which is designed to support additional services. The points you purchase will be valid for all our applications that use the points system, and they will remain valid until you use them.
